Description
OBJECTIVE:
As a Digital Content Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the creation, publication, and management of digital content across various online platforms.
DUTIES:
Develop and implement digital content strategies to support organizational goals and objectives.
Create engaging, relevant, and resonant content for websites, social media channels, email campaigns, display ads, and other digital platforms.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including branch operations, design, and sales, to ensure content represents the organization's vision, mission, and values and adheres to brand guidelines.
Manage content calendars and schedules to ensure timely publication and promotion of content.Conduct keyword research and optimize content for search engine optimization (SEO) to improve organic visibility.
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to track content performance and make data-driven decisions.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital content management and marketing.
Identify opportunities for content optimization and improvement based on audience feedback and analytics.
Coordinate with external vendors, agencies, and freelancers as needed to support content creation and production.
Ensure all content is accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with legal and regulatory requirements.
Other duties as assigned.
SKILL AND/OR QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or related field.
Proven experience as a digital content manager or similar role, with a portfolio of successful digital content campaigns.
Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to create compelling, engaging, and resonant content for diverse audiences.
Proficiency with content management systems (CMS) and digital publishing platforms.
Knowledge of SEO principles and best practices.
Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and metrics to inform content strategies.
Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and innovation.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
Financial Services experience is a plus.
Experience with graphic design, video production, or multimedia content creation is a plus.
