Dynamit Nobel Defence is a medium-sized traditional company in the defense industry sector. Our client has been developing, testing, and producing high-end technical solutions for the German Armed Forces and allied forces for over 50 years. As a technology leader in the market, they offer an exciting product portfolio ranging from ballistic systems to vehicle protection, optronics, and IT simulators.

We are currently seeking a full-time Supplier Manager (m/f/d) for Dynamit Nobel Defence GmbH at our location in Burbach.

Your responsibilities:

  • Handling of supplier complaints
  • Creation and negotiation of quality assurance and target agreements
  • Conducting supplier evaluations including action monitoring
  • Ensuring technology transfer and development with our suppliers
  • Supporting suppliers throughout the product development process until series release, as well as designing and implementing cost reduction measures
  • Conducting supplier-related risk analyses
  • Participation in defining, adapting, and implementing purchasing strategy

Your qualifications:

  • Successfully completed technical training or a comparable degree
  • Additional qualifications are advantageous (quality management training)
  • Professional experience in the areas of quality, supplier auditing,
