Primary Responsibilities:


  • Initial behavioral health triage of members in a call center environment
  • Analyze and investigate members' questions
  • Provide explanations and interpretations of benefits/coverage, benefit authorizations, treatment plan processing and assistance in finding behavioral health services

Required Qualifications:


  • Master's degree in a Behavioral Health field (Counseling, psychology, social work, human services)
  • 1+ years of experience in Behavioral Health field with direct client contact
  • Basic level of computer skills in a professional setting, ability to toggle between systems and type WPM
  • Reside within the USA
  • Must be able to work Thursday and Friday 12pm10:30pm PDT, Saturday and Sunday 4:30pm2am PDT

Preferred Qualifications:


  • 1+ years of prior experience in a call center
