Primary Responsibilities:

Initial behavioral health triage of members in a call center environment
Analyze and investigate members' questions
Provide explanations and interpretations of benefits/coverage, benefit authorizations, treatment plan processing and assistance in finding behavioral health services

You'll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in.

Required Qualifications:

Master's degree in a Behavioral Health field (Counseling, psychology, social work, human services)
1+ years of experience in Behavioral Health field with direct client contact
Basic level of computer skills in a professional setting, ability to toggle between systems and type WPM
Reside within the USA
Must be able to work Thursday and Friday 12pm10:30pm PDT, Saturday and Sunday 4:30pm2am PDT

Preferred Qualifications:

1+ years of prior experience in a call center
