YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • After individual training on site, at the headquarters, and at one of our training centers, you will be the face of our branch.
  • You are responsible for achieving your company's goals through a motivating leadership style.
  • Relevant key figures help you steer the business.
  • Through leadership, development, and inspiration, you put together your perfect team.
  • By observing and analyzing the market, competition, and customers, you continue to expand your customer base.
  • Through strategic preparation, individual consultation, and appreciative communication, you create an environment that inspires our customers every day.

YOUR PROFILE:

  • Completed commercial and/or technical education.
  • Strong customer and service orientation, as well as sales skills.
  • Industry knowledge and leadership experience are advantageous.
  • Basic understanding of business administration, as well as entrepreneurial thinking and acting.
  • Proficient in using computers.
  • Class B driver's license.
