Job Summary:


Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee construction projects from start to finish
• Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards
• Review and negotiate contracts with vendors and subcontractors
• Monitor project progress and address any issues that arise promptly
• Prepare and present progress reports to clients and senior management
• Assist in the preparation, plan review of new projects during permitting phase

Skills:

The following skills are required or preferred for this role:

• Proficiency in Construction management software such as BuilderTrend
• Experience with contract management tools
• Strong background in understanding plans, and the construction proccess
• Proficient in Project scheduling and management
• Understanding the preconstruction phase and working with engineers and architects in order to solve problems early in the process.
• Familiar with SDG&E and understanding how to get ahead of their requirements
• Familiar with the city permitting proccess
• Have a network of construction personnel in the San Diego region
• Experienced in Mul-Family apartment buildings
• Experienced GC

Pay:
$106, $121,500.00 per year
