Your responsibilities:

Member of the management team
Joint coordination and implementation of strategic and operational goals
Responsibility for the smooth and efficient production operation (approx. 30 employees) while ensuring quality, quantity, and ontime delivery
Continuous improvement of processes to increase productivity
Management of employees in the areas of production, warehouse, assembly, shipping, order processing, and purchasing, as well as the production and assembly team leaders

Your qualifications:

Completed technical or productionrelated degree or equivalent practical training with several years of experience
Several years of professional and managerial experience in production
High level of practical knowledge in production technology
Entrepreneurial and solutionoriented thinking
Strong communication and organizational skills
