- 2+ years of sales experience with a proven track record.
- Aesthetics license required.
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel and all Google Drive functions and applications
- Excellent communication skills, oral and written
- Must be customer service oriented with quality care focus
- Effective organization skills with attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Present a highly professional image
- Ability to complete tasks in a timely manner
- Ability to build client relations
- Develop, maintain, and implement the practice of strategic goals and objectives
- Conduct sales consultations including LHR, Skin Profiles & CoolSculpting
- Oversee individual and clinic sales reporting
- Responsible for developing and implementing monthly sales incentives
- Write weekly motivational sales update emails to the team
- Create, communicate and track monthly sales contests and promotions for CCs
- Perform local outreach
- Identify and secure opportunities for spa events
- Work with Esthetics Managers to ensure sales goals are being met
- Identify staff training opportunities and communicate with the Clinic Director
- Respond to all incoming prospective client inquiries
- Ensure overall customer service satisfaction of all clinic clients
- Maintain an understanding of all products and services offered at NIMA
- Hourly + commission based on experience
