Overview:
Responsibilities:
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Maintain and update records and databases
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and organizing documents
- Manage office supplies and inventory
- Provide support to the team with general clerical duties
- Conduct proofreading and editing of documents
- Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations
Skills:
- Proficiency in QuickBooks for financial management tasks
- Strong computer skills, including knowledge of computerized systems
- Excellent data entry skills with a high level of accuracy
- Previous experience as an administrative or data entry clerk is preferred
- Ability to type quickly and accurately
- Familiarity with Google Suite or similar software programs
- Knowledge of medical receptionist duties is a plus
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
