Bath, Kitchen & Tile is looking for an energetic Kitchen and Bath Designer for our Homeowner and Small Builder Division.

This is a sales position with a well-known kitchen and bathroom company in the Delaware & Maryland markets. The primary function of this position is to acquire and retain new contractor sales and homeowner sales.

Our designers are required to work 40 hours a week which includes rotating Saturday shifts.

This is a showroom position which at times may require the need to go into customer homes for measures or customer meetings.

Expenses will be covered by Bath, Kitchen & Tile.


Primary Duties:

• Acquire and retain new contractor sales and homeowner sales.
• Design and sell kitchen and bath cabinetry, countertops, and appliances using the 20/20 design program and BKT pricing program.
• Communicate customer needs with BKT operations.
• Follow up with all customers to provide exceptional customer service.
• Meeting and exceeding monthly individual sales goals.
• Practice excellent communication and effective time management.
• Attend meetings and training as identified and requested by management.

Education & Experience:

• Knowledge of the kitchen and bath business
• Strong sales skills
• Ability to read blueprints
• Understand kitchen and bath design
• 20/20 Design: 1 year (preferred)
• Kitchen cabinet design: 2 years (preferred)

This is a commissioned position. Bath, Kitchen & Tile designers regularly earn over $65,000 a year with a potential for a 6 figure income.
