- Previous experience in residential treatment setting, teaching youth or similar environment preferred

Job DescriptionFuture Leaders Residential Treatment Facility is seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Residential Health Treatment Specialist.
In this role, you will play a crucial part in providing high-quality care and support to residents within our Healthcare treatment center.
Clients will range from 8-17 years of age.The Ideal candidate will be responsible for providing direct care and supervision to residents, implementing treatment plans, conducting assessments, facilitating group therapy sessions, and maintaining documentation of residents' progress.
Team members will be responsible for working with individuals dealing with variations of psychological and/or mental health issues, behavioral challenges, providing support and guidance to help them achieve their treatment goals and reintegrate into society.
Minimum Requirements:
High School diploma or equivalent; additional relevant certifications or advance collegiate education in healthcare or social services is a plus
