General Description

As the Service Manager for Germany & Austria, you will be responsible for providing an exceptional service experience to our customers, managing day-to-day operations, and developing standards and processes to continuously improve the overall service experience. This role involves communication with our after-sales team and external service suppliers, as well as internal departments and our other European offices, to provide and process information related to technical inquiries, concerns, complaints, and product-related questions.
