Responsibilities include:

  • Managing travel arrangements for visitors, including communication, scheduling, tracking/reporting, and expense reimbursements, and providing administrative support and programming assistance for the events.
  • Provide administrative support for Admission deans and committees as needed during the applicant selection and review process.
  • Serve as the point person for processing COF (Certification of Finances) and I20 forms for international applicants and liaison with the Office of International Student Affairs.
  • Coordinate the processing and review of final high school transcripts and other related scores/reports as necessary.
  • Perform other duties and coverage as assigned.
This is an on-campus position.- This position is in the secretarial/clerical bargaining union.

This position works 35 hours per week for 52 weeks per year for a total of 1820 hours per year.


Minimum Qualifications

  • Associate's Degree and four years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, incorporating sensitivity and sound judgment. Ability to liaise effectively with faculty, students, parents and other university personnel.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office products including Word & Excel.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated commitment to work within a diverse environment and interact collegially with individuals of different backgrounds.
  • Demonstrated attention to detail.
    Preferred Qualifications
  • Familiarity or ability to learn a Client Relationship Management (CRM) system.
  • Previous experience in an academic setting.
  • Experience in admission and datageneration, running queries, and responding to ad hoc data requests.
