  • Hours: 8:305
  • Required Travel: Yes
- local to other hospital sites as needed


What you will need:

  • Education: High School degree or equivalent
  • Certification: CPR certification required.
  • Experience: 12 years of prior secretarial supervisory experience and medical terminology preferred.
  • Skills: Proficiency with word processing and computer skills required; typing 2535 wpm.

What you will do:

  • Greet all patients coming into the Mammo department and assist with patient issues
  • Input patient information into the EPIC system with high accuracy
  • Schedule, check in, and verify information for patients
  • Make reminder phone calls to patients the day prior to their appointment
