DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Work with key stakeholders to facilitate project planning from concept through to completion
Coordinate internal and external resources for flawless execution of projects
Present flow charts to ensure productivity, deliver projects on time, within scope and budget
Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in projects, schedule, and budget
Measure project performance using systems, tools, and techniques
Collaborates collectively and effectively resolves differences and mitigates risk
Leads cross functional meetings and general communication
Manages information and documentation to ensure confidentiality and reporting
Shares project management best practices for effectiveness

QUALIFICATIONS:

35 years' experience in project management
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point)
Experience using InDesign
Strong organizational skills that reflect ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Developing budgets and tracking budget expenses
Experience in strategic planning, risk management, and change management
Demonstrated proactive approaches to problemsolving with strong decisionmaking capability

Pay:

$70, $80,000.00 per year
