Duties and Responsibilities:

• Clearing tables promptly after guests leave and returning dishes, silverware, and glassware to the kitchen for washing.
• Wiping down tables and chairs, and sanitizing surfaces to maintain cleanliness standards.
• Assisting servers in delivering food and drinks to tables when necessary.
• Refilling water glasses and providing other assistance to guests as required.
• Emptying trash receptacles and ensuring proper disposal of waste.
• Keeping the dining area organized and presentable at all times.
• Assisting in basic food preparation tasks, such as rolling silverware or garnishing dishes.
• Communicating effectively with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth workflow.
• Adhering to all food safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Performing other duties as assigned by management to support restaurant operations.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a similar role preferred but not required.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fastpaced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and cleanliness.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Willingness to learn and follow instructions.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Ability to lift and carry trays of dishes and bus tubs weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to bend, stoop, and reach to perform cleaning and busser duties.

Work Environment:
