Description
For our aerospace customer Lufthansa Technik AG, based in Elgin, SC, we are currently seeking a Customer Service Clerk (m/f/d) to join our team as soon as possible on a temporary basis.
Your responsibilities:
- Receive, coordinate and process customer inquiries for the assigned area (material, AOG, tools, technical support)
- Perform purchase requisitions, contact calls and rebookings in SAP R/3 or our own tools
- Provide aftersales products to customers
- Ensure communication between the customer and the relevant organization (LHT-LTCSetc.)
Your qualifications:
- Completed commercial or technical education
- Relevant work experience in a commercial or technical field
- Good written and spoken English skills
- Proficient in MS Office and SAP
- Strong customer service and orientation skills
- Good analytical skills
- Willingness to work in shifts (early and late shifts, Mon-Fri)
