For our aerospace customer Lufthansa Technik AG, based in Elgin, SC, we are currently seeking a Customer Service Clerk (m/f/d) to join our team as soon as possible on a temporary basis.


Your responsibilities:


  • Receive, coordinate and process customer inquiries for the assigned area (material, AOG, tools, technical support)
  • Perform purchase requisitions, contact calls and rebookings in SAP R/3 or our own tools
  • Provide aftersales products to customers
  • Ensure communication between the customer and the relevant organization (LHT-LTCSetc.)

Your qualifications:


  • Completed commercial or technical education
  • Relevant work experience in a commercial or technical field
  • Good written and spoken English skills
  • Proficient in MS Office and SAP
  • Strong customer service and orientation skills
  • Good analytical skills
  • Willingness to work in shifts (early and late shifts, Mon-Fri)
