We are urgently looking for you if you are a clerk (m/f/d) and would like to work in Krefeld.

We are COPLA Burg GmbH and are looking for qualified employees for the above-mentioned location as soon as possible:

Clerk - Plant Security / ID Office (m/f/d)

These tasks await you:

Production and issuance of CHEMPARK IDs, special permissions and individual requirements including identity verification
Documentation, recording and storage of data
Technical ID function check
Writing of reports and reports
Processing of customer inquiries regarding IDs and authorization management

We expect:

Successfully passed proficiency examination according to 34a GewO or an equivalent or higher education, e.g. as a certified security officer or IHKcertified plant security specialist
Knowledge and technical understanding in handling the hardware and software used for recording, managing and producing CHEMPARK IDs
Knowledge of current residence law
Advanced English skills
Independent work style and deescalating behavior when dealing with people
High service and customer orientation
