    Sales Associate

    Tracking Code 23598 Job Description KPS Global (KPSG) is the North American industry leader in the manufacture, production, and installation of Walk-in Coolers and Freezers. KPSGs end-product serves many channels within the retail food market as well as industrial applications. KPSG is based in Fort Worth, Texas with Engineering activities centralized in the Fort Worth facility (along with Finance, Human Resources, Customer Operations, Sales, and Installation Services), supporting product manufacturing in three locations: Fort Worth; Piney Flats, TN; and Goodyear, AZ.

    KPS Global is looking for a Sales Associate, to join the Sales Group.

    Sales Associate is responsible for developing and growing sales for KPS Globals integrated panel solutions. The role is focused on collaborating with customers and internal stakeholders to facilitate the quotation, project management and issue resolution for customer projects. The sales associate is an entry-level position in our sales team and reports to a Regional Sales Manager (RSM).

    The Sales Associate role is an introduction to solutions-based selling with a proven, industry leader.

    Required Skills

    The Sales Associate is responsible for the promotion and technical sales/support of KPS Global Panel Systems.

    Develop and implement short term and long-range plans for their assigned territory.

    Work closely with customers to facilitate the order-fulfillment process from quotation through to installation and payment.

    Promotes and provides technical onsite and remote sales support of KPS Global Panel Systems as needed

    Track selling activity and customer data with CRM sales tools.

    Provide real time voice-of-customer feedback to management.

    Provide input into product launches.

    Perform other duties as assigned.

    Required Experience

    Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Construction Management or related field OR 4 years of experience in a technical sales/sales support,

    Strong problem-solving skills

    Ability to travel up to 40% to adequately cover assigned territory

    Proficiency with business analysis and financial management

    Effective negotiation skills

    Effective presentation skills and ability to speak in front of groups

    Strong verbal and written communication skills

    Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
