We are a family-owned, medium-sized logistics company with approximately 400 employees.

For our location in Ebersberg, we are looking for a Personnel Officer (m/f/d) to strengthen our human resources team.

This position is available both full-time and part-time.

Your responsibilities:

  • Processing payroll for the entire company group in compliance with relevant legal regulations
  • Onboarding & offboarding of employees
  • Maintenance of employee master data
  • Issuing certificates and reporting to authorities
  • Acting as a central point of contact for employees and authorities (NOT responsible for personnel search and recruiting process)

Your profile:

  • Commercial education with a focus on human resources

or

  • Further education in the field of human resources

or

  • Several years of relevant professional experience in human resources
  • Knowledge of human resources, income tax and social security law
  • Proficient in Word and Excel
  • Familiarity with common payroll systems
  • Willingness to familiarize oneself with new tasks
  • Fluent in German, written and spoken
  • Knowledge of English
