Description

Litify is looking for an exceptionally organized Executive Assistant who will serve as the indispensable right-hand person to our CEO.

In this central role, you will focus on supporting our CEO in every facet of their daily activities, making you the CEO's primary collaborator.

Your pivotal role will empower our CEO to effectively lead the organization by ensuring seamless operations, offering administrative and programmatic support, and being a shared resource across our executive team.

Additionally, this person will manage and oversee our New York office.


This role is based in NYC with the expectation to work from the NY office 3 days a week.

This is a temporary position for June-October 2024.

In this role, you will:


  • Manage CEO's calendar and ensure seamless scheduling for the CEO and all Executive teamrelated meetings and calls.
  • Schedule, plan, and execute inperson offsites and team events
  • Manage all travel logistics and associated expenses
  • Assist with special assignments/projects, as needed
  • Collaborate on department All Hands, Town Hall, and other companyfacing meetings and presentations

In order to be successful, you have:

  • 5+ years experience supporting senior executives or other relevant/similar experience working directly with executives
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency with Google Apps (Gmail, Google Docs, Google Calendar), Microsoft Office, and video conferencing tools
  • Tenacious, driven, and creative team player

Disclosure:
The estimated rate for this role is $30-40 per hour. This is a temporary position and is not benefit-eligible.
