- Provides professional nursing care within a designated unit
- Coordinates care plans with other disciplines
- Delivers personalized bedside nursing based on patient needs
- Supervises healthcare staff for optimal patient care
- Evaluates nursing practice for quality improvement
- Participates in hourly rounding and ensures safety standards
- Possible responsibility as a shift supervisor
- Minimum Education: Nursing Degree from an accredited school
- Preferred Education: BSN
- Minimum Experience: At least 2 years of Level III NICU experience
- Preferred Experience: 1 year of acute care experience, specialty certification desirable
- Required Certifications/Licensure: Registered Nurse license in Arizona, CPR, ACLS, and specialized certifications based on department
- Training Requirements: Specialized training may be necessary for specific departments
- Preferred Certifications/Registration: ACLS and other relevant certifications
