- Assumes lead role in providing financial information, analysis and support of all divisions.
- Analyze customer profitability, identify potential efficiencies or improvements.
- Conduct special studies to analyze complex financial actions and prepare recommendations for policy, procedure, control, or action.
- Analyze financial information to determine present and future financial performance.
- Lead monthly financial results discussions with leadership teams.
- Lead monthly forecasting process and annual budget process.
- Support month-end close and journal entries.
- Support vendor negotiation efforts with analysis.
- Act as a lead for financial analyst team and provide guidance and training.
- Other ad hoc projects as necessary.
- Bachelors degree in accounting or closely related field.
- 3+ years of accounting or analysis/reporting experience.
- Strong attention to detail and well organized.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
