    Job description

    • Perform all Carpentry related tasks on a given project.
    • Maintain high quality craftsmanship, accurate, thorough, and timely preparation of work and clear comprehension of all aspects of the project.
    • Know and understand all project documents.
    • Maintain and update project schedule in the Builder Trend program daily.
    • Efficient and profitable use of the company's time, manpower and materials on each project.
    • Create materials list and order with ample lead time for delivery.
    • Check materials delivered for accuracy in quantity, measurement, and quality.
    • Schedule and supervise inspections.
    • Supervise other Carpenters on your job site.
    • Schedule and supervise Subcontractors on your job site and ensure adherence to the Subcontractor SOP.
    • Communicate client change orders to the Construction Manager prior to execution.

    Qualifications:

    • 5 years remodeling experience
    • Computer Literate
    • Personable
    • Professional phone manner
    • Excellent listener
    • Team oriented
    • Punctual
    • Clean driving record
