    Job Title: SAP Project Manager

    Job Type: Contract thru March 2025 (probable extensions or conversion FTE)

    Location: Hybrid (2 days) in Natick, MA

    Hourly Rate: $75/hr-$85/hr

    The Role: As the SAP Project Manager, you will be at the forefront of managing projects within the IT landscape, ensuring the successful delivery of complex, cross-functional projects. You will collaborate with various teams, including IT, Business Process Owners, and other stakeholders, to plan, schedule, and report on project activities. This role requires you to be proactive, organized, and ready to tackle challenges in a fast-paced environment.

    Key Attributes Required:

    • Prepared, organized, and proactive
    • 5 years of experience managing projects on a global scale with broad business impacts
    • Strong practical experience in project management of complex projects
    • Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies
    • Strong facilitation and attention to detail

    • Ability to work positively with a wide range of stakeholders
    • Capability to guide and influence cross-functional teams
    • Ability to anticipate and mitigate issues
    • Productive in an ambiguous and fast-paced work environment

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Manage all phases of project delivery, including planning, scheduling, requirements gathering, build management, formal testing, go-live readiness, and change management activities
    • Facilitate IT requests, prioritize and schedule timelines, and report status to stakeholders and Steering Committee members
    • Conduct resource assessments, capacity planning, and resource loading and leveling
    • Drive decision-making and issue resolution to meet project deadlines
    • Coordinate project teams and ensure cross-functional coordination of end-to-end requirements
    • Plan, track, and report on project activities, including critical path assessments and status
    • Set quality control standards and track their implementation and effectiveness

    Skills and Experience:

    • Experience in Business Applications, including:
    • SAP ERP
    • Power BI
    • Custom developed business applications
    • Proficient in project management tools such as:
    • Jira
    • Zendesk
    • Microsoft Office, including MS Project
    • Smartsheet
    • Automated Testing Tools
