Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct and facilitate comprehensive safety training sessions tailored to various audiences, ensuring all participants receive essential knowledge and skills for maintaining a safe work environment.
Requirements and Experience:
- 15 years of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Proficient in delivering engaging and informative health and safety training and presentations to diverse groups.
- Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively.
- Exceptional presentation capabilities, able to captivate and educate participants.
- Strong project and task management skills, ensuring timely and efficient completion of training programs.
- Expertise in developing compelling PowerPoint presentations to support training sessions.
- Capability to perform light to medium physical activities as required during training sessions.
- Willingness and ability to travel extensively, up to 100%, when assigned to field projects.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, fostering a positive and collaborative training environment.
- Bachelors degree in a Health and Safety discipline
- OSHA 501 | OSHA 500 helpful
- First Aid CPR Instructor preferred
Physical Requirements:
- _Prolonged periods of standing and walking_
- _Prolonged driving and sitting _
- _Ability to lift up to 25lbs_
Other Requirements:
- _Background check and potential drug screening required for the position_
- _Overtime and flexible working hours may be necessary based on project demands_
- _Residence within a reasonable commuting distance_
