The Faculty of Mechanical Engineering/Environmental Technology (Department of Amberg) at the East Bavarian Technical University (OTH) Amberg-Weiden is currently seeking a part-time (50%) position in the field of "Impedance Measurement Technology and Data Processing for Technical Systems" for a

Scientific Employee with a Master's degree (m/f/d)

Tasks:

Development of humidity sensors based on impedance spectroscopy and related measurement methods
Independent experimental investigations in laboratory and pilot plant scale
Participation in development and research projects
Communication with industrial partners
Preparation of research reports, contribution to publications
Supervision of accompanying project, bachelor's and master's theses

Requirements:

Completed technical or scientific university degree (electrical engineering, chemistry, environmental technology, process engineering, bioengineering)
Knowledge in electronics, measurement technology and numerical data evaluation
Practical experience with PYTHON advantageous
