Queens, NY
_Salary:
Up to $115K per year (depending on experience)_
Responsibilities:
- Supervises the quality of wound care provided to residents
- Implement nursing policies and procedures
- Responsible for monitoring each resident's Quality of Wound Care
- Must have knowledge of the resident's status and condition
- Must attend the Quality Assurance Meeting when scheduled
- Must maintain an accurate Resident's condition tracking list for the IDT
Qualifications:
- Must have New York RN license
- Must have long term care experience
- Must have wound care experience
