We have an immediate opening for a motivated Purchasing Coordinator to join our Flooring division. This is a Full-Time position and will be based out of Largo, MD. You will be responsible for maintaining and scheduling upcoming retail installations.
You will also be responsible for:
- Communicating with customers to confirm delivery of products
- Processing of all orders in a timely manner
- Keeping company inventory logs up to date
- Handle basic customer disputes and/or discrepancies
- Collaborate with shipping to determine with deliveries are completed
- Maintain positive relationships with suppliers and clients
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to manage and prioritize scheduling (time management)
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Attention to detail
- Problem solving skills
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel and Outlook
- Must be proficient at learning new software and technology

Pay:
$ $24.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
