Description
Your Responsibilities:
Internal Communication:
- Support in planning, writing, and publishing internal information through various channels (e.g. newsletters, digital signage CMS, email, video, print, intranet)
- Management and updating of the global intranet
- Support the HR team in various projects from the perspective of internal communication
- Responsibility for small initiatives with a focus on communication (e.g. seasonal campaigns)
- Support in logistics and organization of various events
Training:
- Administration and management of trainings
- Maintenance of the training system
- Support in organizing trainings
Your Profile:
- Degree in communication, business, humanities, or a related field, ideally with some experience in an internal communication department or an advanced degree in journalism, communication, and/or media
- Excellent German and English skills in written and spoken form
- Experience in writing, editing, and producing content is a plus (infographics, videos, CMS or email campaign tools; web design, Photoshop, etc.)
- Reliability, accuracy, excellent time management, and quality awareness
- Ability to handle multiple tasks at once and excellent organizational skills
- Proactivity, creativity, and enthusiasm
