Interstate Visions, a family owned and operated manufacturer is seeking a Yard Supervisor, with a proven track record of 3 to 5 years of successful leadership experience, to help organize, maintain and run the loading division for the daily distribution of our products to the tri-state area and beyond. The work for this position is done outdoors in all types of weather, no exceptions. Hours are from 7:00 AM until all trucks are loaded/unloaded. Yard Supervisor responsibilities include, but not limited to:

• Leads by example.
• Gather, stage, verify and loading of material onto our flatbed tractor trailers for delivery.
• Overseeing and verifying that all of the orders are processed correctly and in a timely fashion.
• All work is done strictly outdoors, daily, in all weather conditions (_
  No exceptions_).

• Must take ownership of the job and get the job done in a safe and timely manner.
• Will work directly under and answer to the Yard Manager.
• This position requires the ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Must be reliable and punctual.
• Working Saturdays will be required in season.
• 35years of successful leadership experience is required.
• This position requires forklift operators with 3year related experience.
• Bilingual a plus.

Related experience:

• Lead a team of 15 employees
• Fork lift experience

Pay:
$21-23/hr. based on experience.
