Your responsibilities

  • Assisting the recruiting team in identifying, approaching, and selecting qualified candidates
  • Posting and updating job advertisements on various platforms
  • Maintaining the applicant database and tracking the application process
  • Coordinating interviews and communicating with applicants
  • Assisting with administrative tasks related to the recruiting/sales process

Your profile

  • Working student or dual studies in a relevant field
  • Prior experience in recruiting or human resources is advantageous
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Team-oriented and highly motivated
  • Fluent in German
