Strategic Purchaser (m/f/d) for Construction and Planning Services in Hernando Beach, FL

Your Responsibilities:

Development of supplier strategies for specific product categories
Independent negotiation of strategic procurement volumes
Selection and management of suppliers
Point of contact for departments and their standardized procurement processes
Preparation and execution of inquiries, bid comparisons, bidder and negotiation meetings, as well as the creation of supplierspecific contracts such as individual and framework agreements and quantity contracts
Identification of cost structures and drivers in the specific product category of construction and planning services
Clarification of projectspecific delivery dates with suppliers
Responsible for the quality of commercial and technical basic data in procurement systems such as SAP (delivery/price agreements, Incoterms, payment terms, etc.)
Resolution of invoice discrepancies between suppliers and KUKA
Continuous monitoring and evaluation of supplier performance
Tracking of agreed conditions with suppliers

Your Profile:

Degree in Industrial Engineering/Business Administration with technical additional qualification or equivalent qualification
Several years of professional experience in procurement of construction and planning services
Experience in creating specifications and requirements in preparation for tenders
Proficient in SAP, MS Office, and AVA software (Orca)
Indepth knowledge of private construction and contract law, VOB and HOAI desirable
Fluent in English, both written and spoken
Structured, goaloriented, and resultsdriven work style
