    JOB SUMMARY:

    Teamwork is a goal that is critical to this position with customer satisfaction (both internal and external) being the focus in the Revenue Management department. Responsible for the variety of administrative duties relating to the accurate and timely processing of PAI chargebacks processing functions. The essential duties and responsibilities listed below are representative of those required on the job.     ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILIITIES:

    • Ensure timely and accurate daily validation and processing of wholesaler chargebacks and resubmissions.
    • Work daily with customer contacts and internal Pricing & Contracts team to resolve chargeback validation errors associated with membership and pricing/contract eligibility.
    • Complete daily validation of government contract membership such as DOD, FSS, and PHS, as needed.
    • Ensure confirmations and reconciliation reports are accurately stated and processed within customer contractual timelines.
    • Send daily chargeback rejections and pricing discrepancy reports to the wholesalers, as required by Supervisor.
    • Update membership in iContracts as needed to process chargebacks.
    • Assist with delegated work from chargeback email inbox.
    • Maintain and build excellent external and internal customer relationships.
    • Process manual chargeback submissions and resubmissions, as required.
    • Actively work in conjunction with AR to research, offset, credit, or get payback for incoming chargeback deductions, as per Supervisors request.
    • Assist in chargeback reporting or project-specific analysis, as required by Chargeback Supervisor.
    • Assist in quarterly or monthly indirect sales rebate analysis or processing in support of Rebate Analyst, as required by Chargeback Supervisor.
    • Assist in routine internal audit requests, as assigned.
    • Actively learn/work within SAP, iContracts, PowerBi, Excel, Microsoft Word, Adobe PDF, as job requires.
    • Perform other related duties or projects as required or assigned.

    EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:

    High school degree or GED equivalent, plus specialized schooling and/or on the job education in a specific skill, i.e. data processing, clerical/administrative, equipment operation, etc. Plus 2 years related experience and/or training. Or equivalent combination of education and experience.

    KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:

    This position requires the individual be organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated and to apply advanced mathematical concepts and operations. The ability to apply principles of logical and scientific thinking to a wide range of intellectual and practical problems. Decision making, communication, planning and critical thinking skills are a must. Analytical ability / problem solving, along with accuracy is required. Ability to effectively communicate with employees.

    Microsoft software and basic accounting skills are required.

Continuously required to stand, sit, walk, talk and hear, occasionally required to reach with hands and arms, frequently required to stand, sit, walk, talk and hear, occasionally required to reach with hands and arms. Frequently lift up to 25lbs.
