The opportunity

The School of Arts, Sciences, and Education's (SASE)

Chemistry Program at Southern New Hampshire University is seeking Adjunct Instructors for our General Chemistry Lab.

This on-site teaching opportunity will reports to our Associate Dean of SASE and is expected to begin fall 2024 on our Manchester, NH campus.

You will need to be available to teach on Wednesdays from 3:30 PM - 6:15 PM and on Thursdays from 2 PM - 4:45 PM.


The following lab is available to teach:

  • CHM120L
  • General Chemistry I Lab

What you'll do:

  • Teach your courses as scheduled
  • Participate in course content development
  • Access student work and provide feedback
  • Use Brightspace (the Learning Management System) to support the course

What we're looking for:

  • Master's degree in Chemistry or a course related discipline
  • 1+ years of teaching experience at the high school or college level is preferred
