We are looking for a Senior Associate Recruiting & Employer Branding (m/f/d) for our location in the greater Oldenburg/Bremen area at Bellwood.

Aljo is a second-generation family-owned company in the aluminum processing industry with 320 employees and a turnover of approximately 60 million EUR.

It consists of the business areas Automotive, Aerospace, and Marine Technologies and has been building innovative lightweight solutions for over 50 years.


Your responsibilities would include:

You will be responsible for our full cycle recruiting, from creating attractive job postings, to selecting suitable and modern recruiting channels and providers, to conducting (digital) selection interviews in close collaboration with our departments.

Within our applicant management, you will provide advice to applicants and managers on all questions.

As a member of our HR team, you will always stay up-to-date and follow current trends in recruiting, advise our managers on target group-specific recruitment strategies, and develop new recruiting concepts.

You know how to inspire people for our diverse jobs and our company. You continuously develop our employer brand and independently manage our social media channels and website. You design and lead employer branding measures (e.g. photo shoots, video shoots, company sports events, participation in competitions, training and career fairs, and other HR events).


You bring with you:
Completed commercial training or a degree in human resources, marketing, communication sciences, or a comparable field. At least two years of professional experience in recruiting or personnel marketing, ideally in an industrial or craft environment
