- Serve as project set-up gatekeeper
- Preparation of monthly office scorecard results
- Maintain employee responsibility updates on projects (PM, PGM, RVP, etc.)
- Perform maintenances as project changes during execution
- Ensures project's modeling complies with contracts and billing requirements
- Validate labor, subcontractors, and reimbursable multipliers against office goals
- Prepare and maintain project reports for operational, financial and tax requirements tied with General Ledger
- Ensures project documentation is accessible and auditable
- Perform Project Closeouts as they finish
- Performs and validates revenue recognition on projects, based on schedule and PM Progress Reports
- Correct project variance on time, and ensure future variances are identified proactively
- Review subcontractors' agreements and budgets
- Maintain cash flows for subcontractors
- Develop office projects reports, new projects reports and subcontractors AP reports
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering preferred
- Must possess Engineer in Training (EIT) License or Professional Engineer (PE) and be an active member of the CIAPR.
- 10 or more years of experience
- Excellent skills in Excel, Word and any accounting software
- Ability to work effectively with Project Managers, superiors, co-workers and subordinates
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills
- Fully Bilingual (Spanish/English)
