As a project developer and contractor, we develop, manage, and realize exciting construction projects in and around Hamburg. Design, sustainability, and quality drive and motivate us - a dynamic, collegial, and professional team.


Responsibilities:

  • You will oversee the commercial, technical, and scheduling control of our construction projects
  • You will manage the tendering and awarding of subcontractors
  • You will be responsible for controlling the construction process and schedule
  • You will manage and lead subcontractors
  • You will be in charge of analyzing bids, measurements, and invoices

Qualifications:

  • You have a degree in civil engineering or a similar field with a focus on construction
  • You have strong communication skills and a structured way of working
  • Your reliability and assertiveness enable you to make good decisions
