Windham Wood Lab, a new high-end retailer specializing in live edge and epoxy river tables, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to join our team.

This exciting opportunity involves managing sales activities both locally and online, leveraging the unique appeal of our bespoke furniture pieces to attract and retain customers.


JOB DESCRIPTION


As the Sales Manager at Windham Wood Lab, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies that drive business growth and enhance brand visibility.

You will manage the entire sales process, from lead generation to closing deals, while providing exceptional service to our clientele.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Manage and oversee the sales operations for both the showroom and online store.
  • Cultivate lasting relationships with customers to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with marketing to create campaigns that effectively showcase our products and attract a broad audience.
  • Provide expert knowledge and advice on live edge and epoxy river tables to assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to adapt strategies and optimize sales outcomes.
  • Recruit, train, and manage sales staff, fostering a team environment that encourages top performance and high morale.
  • Report regularly on sales results and strategic plans to senior management.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience in sales management, ideally within the furniture or woodworking industries.
  • Strong understanding of both physical retail and online sales environments.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to develop strategic sales plans and effectively manage sales teams.
  • Knowledge of furniture design, particularly in live edge and epoxy river tables, is highly preferred.
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office; experience with ecommerce platforms is a plus.
  • A resultsdriven approach with the ability to operate under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
