Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Must be highly efficient.
Must be able to work without supervision.
Must be highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks/projects simultaneously.
License software (RECON ITR/RECON IMAGER, RECON LAB, PALADIN PRO, etc.)
Packing up software items for shipments
Create shipping labels
Dropping off packages at USPS and Mailzone for delivery (as needed)
Updating the Master List of each software
Software Demos (electronic and delivered)
Provide customer support for existing software which includes (but is not limited to):
Researching solutions to new customer issues
Recording common issues via the development team ticketing system
Following up with customers to ensure that their issue was resolved
Perform research tasks related to improving the products
Update Knowledge Base as new information becomes available
Other related duties as assigned by Management.

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
Note: Equivalent experience will be considered in place of a degree

Physical Requirements (if applicable):

Frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
Occasionally required to stand, walk, reach with arms and hands, climb or balance, and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.

Pay:
From $15.00 per hour
