We are looking for a full-time Unit Coordinator to join our team.Hours/Shift:
Full-Time (40 hours per week), Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm

Responsibilities Include:
- Provide secretarial assistance on the assigned unit
- Comply with internal policies and procedures and applicable external regulatory requirements
- Coordinate work within the unit as well as with other units and departments
- Report pertinent information to the immediate supervisor and respond to inquiries and requests from patients, other hospital personnel, etc.
- Perform secretarial, clinical, and support services such as preparing correspondence in final form, receiving visitors, scheduling meetings, maintaining files and conducting special projects as assigned
- Independent judgment, confidentiality and attention to detail
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 2 years prior experience
- Knowledge of medical terminology preferred
- Proficient reading, writing grammar, and mathematic skills
- Proficient interpersonal relations and communicative skills
- Proficient typing skills
- Proficient computer skills
