MAIN JOB DUTIES
- Responsible for the overall development and referral growth of assigned territory for Private Duty Business.
- Develops business relationships with providers by making effective sales calls and presentations to targeted referral sources.
- Conduct Livinroom visits, and meets with patients and families to discuss home care services, and individual needs/concerns, and manage expectations, as needed.
- Takes the initiative in building relationships within the Intake department and with the appropriate patient care resources staff to ensure the establishment of effective communication with referral sources and internal stakeholders.
- Serves as agency staff liaison with physicians, facility nurses, social workers, discharge planners, and community agencies; works with various community agencies to facilitate the delivery of appropriate services for potential patients.
- Prepares monthly tracking reports on referral sources and keeps the agency informed of key marketplace changes relating to providers and competitors.
- Assist with recruiting caregivers and make sure clients' shifts are staffed.
- Performs periodic supervisory visits.
- Other duties as assigned.
ADDITIONAL DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS
- Must have an established network of caregivers, nurses, and referrals for private duty home care.
- Must have excellent oral communication skills.
- Is selfdirected and possesses the ability to work with little supervision.
- Must have at least 5 years of recent direct Private Duty Home Care Marketing experience.

$80,000.00 per year
