Job Description -The Eastern Operating Unit is seeking a Service Project Manager to provide administrative and operational support to assist in managing and overseeing compliance and key performance indicators.

What you'll do:
The service project manager will be responsible for the following:

• Serve as a liaison for operational requests.
• Interface with external customers work order systems to record maintenance procedures.
• Organize solutions for customer issues and escalations.
• Generate and distribute KPI reports to ensure operational compliance.

You should have:

• At least 3 years of industry experience with proven success in administrative sales or operational support.
• Strong relationship-building skills and be able to interact effectively with customers and peer managers in a demanding, results oriented, technical environment.

Education / Certifications:
Associates degree preferred.

Travel:
No travel required.
