_ You will be responsible for:_

• Maintaining a high level of customer service, greeting customers and facilitating a welcoming and customer‐focused environment.
• Actively engaging in meaningful conversation with customers in order to seek a thorough understanding of their complete financial needs.
• Accurately processing transactions, new account openings, and other branch related tasks in a timely and professional manner.
• Promoting C&N products and services by identifying crosssell and referral opportunities to meet customers' needs.

_Requirements:
_

You will need a high school diploma or general education degree (GED) and less than 1 year of previously related experience and/or training
_OR_ an equivalent combination of education and experience.

_ You will demonstrate well-developed abilities and/or proven record of success in the following areas:_

• Multitasking
• Detail Oriented
• Strong Communication
• Technical Skills
• Travel to assigned branches may be required._
