Description
Join our team as a Machine Operator at our Wyoming plant. You will play a crucial role in taking ownership of your equipment and processes. The safety of employees and our products is crucial. We need you to help us maintain our strong safety culture. This role is part of our Operations team and will support Processing and Packaging.In this role, you must be able to work 3rd shift 10:15pm-6:30am with required overtime and the availability to work weekends as needed.
A Taste of What You'll Be Doing
Prioritizing Safety & Quality First - From your first day, you ' ll start training to get up to speed on how to follow company safety rules and good manufacturing practices.
Managing Machine Performance - As a meticulous worker, you ' ll ensure your equipment is running smoothly by performing quality checks, autonomous maintenance, and preparing materials needed to run our products.
Working as a Team - You will establish strong partnerships with the Quality & Food Safety, Maintenance, Logistics, Continuous Improvement/KWS teams.

Previous experience in a manufacturing setting or a related position
Effective communication, interpersonal, technical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
Physically must be able to stand for long hours and be able to lift at or above the waist at a maximum of fifty pounds
Must be able to work overtime and weekends
