Your responsibilities at Bon Aqua Junction:

  • Assist product managers in developing and implementing long-term product strategies to achieve business goals.
  • Coordinate projects within the Technical Lifestyle product portfolio (including strollers, sports equipment, baby carriers, home furniture, and accessories) throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Monitor, analyze, and evaluate market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activity through market research to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Identify customer requirements and specifications to develop and implement them within the organization.
  • Communicate with international product management teams.
  • Coordinate between Sales, Marketing, R&D, Quality, Procurement, and other departments as needed.
  • Provide training on new and existing products to marketing, sales, and global training teams.
  • Organize and manage child fittings and consumer tests to ensure the ergonomics and usability of products.
  • Coordinate the creation of technical artwork with internal and external parties.

    • Your qualifications:

  • College degree, preferably in business, design, or engineering.
  • Previous experience in product management or a related field of product development.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills.
  • Structured, forward-thinking, and analytical approach to work.
