Your Responsibilities

Technical purchasing of raw materials for production
Budget responsibility and purchasing of machinery and equipment
Regular coordination with management on production, raw material, and delivery status
Professional management of a purchasing team of 4 employees
Goods delivery and support in daily operational tasks
Participation in process optimization (CIP)
Documentation and creation of inventory lists for yearend closing

Your Qualifications

A degree in Business Administration or Mechanical Engineering or a further education as a Business Administrator (m/f/d) and at least 5 years of experience in the abovementioned tasks
Industry knowledge in chemistry, food production (FMCG), or cosmetics industry required
Proficient in modern IT landscape and knowledge of SAP
Reliability, leadership skills, and communication skills
Authentic, teamoriented, and handson mentality
Advantageous: Leadership seminar
