Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team. As an Office Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the daily operations of our office. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and advancement.
Duties:
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Assist with project coordination, including tracking progress, organizing documents, and preparing reports
- Perform data entry tasks to update and maintain records and databases
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
- File, transcribe, type, and distribute documents as required
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing and expense tracking
- Maintain a clean and organized office environment
Experience:
- Previous experience in an administrative or office support role is preferred
- Familiarity with medical office procedures is a plus
- Proficiency in using Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides) for document creation and collaboration
- Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to manage multiple calendars and schedules efficiently
- Strong attention to detail and problemsolving abilities
Please note that all positions at our company are paid positions. Internship positions are also compensated accordingly.

Full-time, Temp-to-hire
Pay:
From $13.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
Ability to Relocate:
- Houston, TX 77060: Relocate before starting work (required)
