    Company Description

    First Physical and Functional Rehab celebrates 33 years of excellence, serving our community as a healthcare facility located in Waipahu, Wahiawa, and Waianae that specializes in rehabilitative services for orthopedic, sports, occupational, work compensation, and motor vehicle injuries. Our services include physical therapy, massage therapy, and acupuncture. We are known for our expertise in Medical Massage, Manual Therapy, and the Hoffa Technique.

    Role Description

    This is a full-time on-site role for a Medical Office Receptionist at First Physical and Functional Rehab. The Medical Office Receptionist will be responsible for phone etiquette, appointment scheduling, receptionist duties, medical office tasks, insurance verificationand approvals. The role will require working at our facility.

    Qualifications

    • Phone Etiquette, Appointment Scheduling, and Receptionist Duties
    • Experience in a medical office setting
    • Knowledge of insurance verification procedures
    • Excellent organizational and communication skills
    • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
    • Experience with electronic medical records systems is a plus
    • Customer service experience
