Responsibilities:
- Assist contracting company in the construction of architectural projects.
- Conduct site visits and surveys to gather information for design purposes
- Assist in the coordination of construction documents and specifications
- Review and analyze building codes and regulations to ensure compliance
- Participate in project meetings and provide input on design decisions

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Strong knowledge of architectural principles, practices, and techniques
- Familiarity with construction management processes and procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with team members and clients
- Ability to negotiate with contractors, vendors, and suppliers
- Knowledge of budgeting and construction estimating processes
- Attention to detail and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
Pay:
From $95,000.00 per year
