Basic Qualifications:


  • Final transferable Top Secret security clearance, last Periodic Reinvestigation must be within the last 5 years.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain Special Access Programs (SAP) Access.
  • Knowledge of Advanced Programs Security requirements and Operations Security (OPSEC).
  • Knowledge of DoD Volumes 1-4, DoD Volumes 1-3, ICD 705 Physical Security Specifications.
  • Works well independently and in group settings while displaying substantial CPSO and/or CSSO experience.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and customer interface skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and remain organized

Desired Skills:


  • Successful completion of the CDSE SAP Mid-Level Security Management Course is preferred.
  • Certificates and/or experience in regards to DOD Special Access Program (SAP) Security Manuals SAP/SCI Nomination Process.
  • Certificates and/or experience in regards to DOD SCI Manuals.
  • Certificates and/or experience in regards to ICD 705 Physical Security.
  • Have excellent communication skills to include verbal and written, as well as seasoned professional with tact and diplomacy being key.
  • Be a self-starter and have the ability to work independently, as well as make significant contributions in a team environment.

Security Clearance Statement:
This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Clearance Level:
Secret with Investigation or CV date within 5 years

Ability to Work Remotely:
Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.

Work Schedules:
Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed.

These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.


Schedule for this Position:4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
